payment procedure
If you choose to continue living in the dormitories for the fees indicated above, here is how the payment procedure will work:

1.     On 3rd-8th day of each month, you will be receiving an email with an invoice to be paid by the 20th day of the month. Pay attention: invoice for accommodation and for damages\fines or fees are separate.
2.     You will need to follow the link to pay each invoice separately stating clearly email address to receive a fiscal check.
3.     In case the invoice isn't paid within 2 months, we are free to waive the amount together with penalties from your scholarship based on a signed agreement at the time of your arrival. Of course, we will try to remind you about outstanding invoices, still, this stays on our goodwill (not obligatory action from our side). We do not recommend waiting until this moment because that might cause a big amount deduction at once what can affect your monthly budget plans.
4.     In case you are leaving the apartment (checking out), the final invoices will reach you before actual departure to be covered while still in the Dorms.
