In 2025 we have opened the Students Quarter dormitory complex on the territory of the Skolkovo Innovation Center. It is within walking distance of the campus. The complex consists of 5 modern dormitory buildings, each with 3-4 floors of living space for more than 390 students. Students are accommodated in 1-4 people apartments, up to 4 people per room. Mostly all sleeping rooms are single.

The  Students Quarter dormitory complex is located on the Skolkovo territory, within a 3-minute walking distance from Skoltech.

Students Quarter is part of the Skolkovo Innovation Center, which means students get access to the same facilities as all Skolkovo residents:

• Good transport infrastructure, including bicycles parking and city transportation on the Skolkovo territory.
• Food & shopping locations, including grocery stores, cafés, restaurants and many other things. There are some malls for shopping and entertainment within a comfortable driving distance.
• Skolkovo sports & recreation facilities and parks
• Separate garbage collection and utilization

Students Quarter dormitory has 3 categories of apartments, which are categorized based on configuration and the students family status. Allocation is totally random according to priority order stated in Rules for Accommodation and Stay in Lodging facilities.

According to the General provisions of sublease agreement and Rules for Accommodation and Stay in Lodging facilities dormitory rates are to be established by the Order of the president of Skoltech.

Minimum length of stay is 3 weeks unless confirmed differently by Dormitory Head.

Check-in time is 2 p.m., check-out time is 12 p.m. Early check-in and late check-out are charged as one night stay according to the rates.

Students are allocated in small studios on the 1^st floor with private bathroom and compact kitchen (shared laundry is on the 1st floor) in groups of 2 people. You will get up to 1 roommate.

Rate for such a type of accommodation for Skoltech student (incl. visiting students) is 6,500 RUB per bed per month since September, 1^st, 2025 (90% subsidization from the rack rate).

Students who require short-term accommodation (less than an academic year) are allocated on beds left available according to established rates.

Accommodation for prospective students is free if the student stays for a maximum of 3 nights during Selection.

Dormitory fees for MSc students under the HRH Princess of Thailand program, Global Campus students and auditing students are established in separate regulations.
